I tried ordering from mybaskets.ca and got confused by the delivery coverage. My address isn’t even that far out, but somehow it still wasn’t available?? I spent time picking out a basket only to find out at checkout that they couldn’t deliver it. Kind of frustrating and felt like a waste of time.

I ordered these for a few clients as office gifts, and from the feedback I did get, they seemed to like them. I can’t say I heard from every single person, but no complaints came back. Shipping was smooth too, so overall it worked out well.

The basket showed up on time, which I appreciated, but a few of the items weren’t the ones I actually picked. I understand substitutions can happen, but I wish someone had let me know first instead of just sending it out. It made the gift feel a lot less personal.
