"Why is the delivery area so limited??"
I tried ordering from mybaskets.ca and got confused by the delivery coverage. My address isn’t even that far out, but somehow it still wasn’t available?? I spent time picking out a basket only to find out at checkout that they couldn’t deliver it. Kind of frustrating and felt like a waste of time.

"Nice option for office gifts"
I ordered these for a few clients as office gifts, and from the feedback I did get, they seemed to like them. I can’t say I heard from every single person, but no complaints came back. Shipping was smooth too, so overall it worked out well.

"The basket showed up on time..."
The basket showed up on time, which I appreciated, but a few of the items weren’t the ones I actually picked. I understand substitutions can happen, but I wish someone had let me know first instead of just sending it out. It made the gift feel a lot less personal. When I tried to get some clarity, it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue, which was frustrating. Not a terrible experience, just disappointing.

"Good for sending gifts overseas"
So... I used mybaskets.ca to send a gift basket outside Canada, and it went smoothly. I liked that they actually offer international delivery, because a lot of sites don’t. The tracking was okay, though not super detailed, and the basket arrived close to the expected date. I’d use them again, but I do wish the updates came through a little faster...

"Honestly, not really worth what I paid"
I ordered a gift basket from My Baskets thinking it would be a nice, easy gift, but when it showed up I was let down. The whole thing just didn’t feel as special or as nicely put together as I expected. A couple of the items looked kind of cheap, and some of the snacks tasted a bit stale, like they had been sitting around for a while before being packed into the basket.
For the price, I really thought it would look more polished and feel more like a proper gift, but it came across as rushed and thrown together. The basket in the photo online looked much fuller and nicer than what actually arrived, which made it even more disappointing. I wanted to like it, but I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"A Gift Basket with a Bit of a Plot Twist"
I was gearing up for a cute little gift moment, but the basket showed up looking kind of messy. The items themselves were okay, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the wrapping looked really rushed, like it had been thrown together in the final scene of a movie. I’ll give them credit where it’s due: my order showed up on time even with the Christmas rush going on. I was expecting some kind of delay or hassle, but it arrived when it was supposed to, so that was a pleasant surprise

"Pretty decent, still on the fence"
I ordered from My Baskets once, it was mostly fine. The delivery showed up a little later than I expected, not a huge deal, but still worth mentioning. The basket looked close to the photos, which was good. Nothing about it felt scammy or weird — just not totally perfect either. I might use them again, especially if I’m not in a rush.

I ordered a basket for my sister’s birthday, the price felt reasonable compared to a few other sites I looked at. It looked close to the pictures too, though I will say it was maybe smaller than I expected — actually, not tiny, just a little less full than I had pictured.
Delivery showed up on time, and my sister was happy with it, so I can’t really complain. I’d probably use them again if I needed a quick gift that still felt thoughtful.

"Nice basket and easy updates"

"My delivery took way too long"
I ordered this thinking it would show up around the expected time, but it ended up taking way longer than I was okay with. What made it more annoying for me was not getting any clear updates, so I was just stuck waiting and guessing. i found the whole thing frustrating, and I personally wouldn’t use it again.

"Checkout was kind of a pain"
Trying to check out was way more annoying than it should’ve been. The page kept lagging, and then my discount code just wouldn’t go through for some reason. Not the end of the world, but yeah, it was frustrating.

"I ordered a gift basket it..."
I ordered a gift basket it didn’t seem very fresh when it arrived. Some of the fruit was already soft, and a couple of items tasted like they were right on the edge of going bad. For what it cost, I really expected it to feel nicer and fresher. What made it more frustrating was getting what felt like a policy excuse instead of any real help. It just felt old, and I wouldn’t order from them again.
